Product Scope:

Green Rating® Scale:

• G = Good (Score 70-79)
• GG = Very Good (Score 80-90)
• GGG = Excellent (Score 91-100)

 

Rating Period:

• One year for products and services
• Length of project or programme with annual renewal fee
• One year for an organisation

 

Green Rating® Basis

• Key Performance Indicators (KPI) customised for each type of rating. These will be advised to the client upon commission of the rating project 
• KPI information provided by client
• Desk-top assessment only
• Draft report will be provided to the client. Corrective actions required, if any, will be notified in the draft report.
• Final report will exclude any of the client's confidential information
• It is recommended that the rating report be made publicly available
• Testing of product or service or site visit at additional charge
• GreenXperts retains the right to cancel or withdraw any rating without payment of compensation if information supplied is incorrect, a substantial change to the item rated occurs and is not advised by the client, or a negative event occurs that damages the standing of the Green Rating system
• At least two weeks' notice will be given if a rating is to be cancelled or withdrawn. The client will be given reasonable time to take corrective action to meet the standards of the rating where required to prevent cancellation

 

Fees:

We reserve the right to advise the client of additional fees if the scope of the Green Rating required is beyond our standard service specification.

Green Rating fee excludes GST and is non-refundable.

Annual fee paid upon commission wins 5% discount. Monthly subscriptions available (no discount).

Professional services are carried out in accordance with our standard Contract.

Reports in .pdf form are delivered to your nominated e-mail address. If any urgent issues arise we will telephone you direct.
