PRODUCT INFO
Farm Master Planning - collation of key farm information into one document available in electronic form. The client provides plan information with our help and guidance. We check that all key information is available and help clients locate information that may be missing. We provide a draft of the Master Farm Plan™ for discussion with the client, and finalise the plan in consultation with the client and their farm manager, lawyer, accountant and other advisers where necessary.
Normally we recommend that a farm master planning timeframe is 50 years, reviewed five-yearly or after major changes in operations, eg. purchase of a neighbouring property.
Video conferences are used as much as possible to reduce costs. Site visits are optional and recommended, with an additional site visit fee.
Our Master Plans are prepared in accordance with the planning principles prescribed by the New Zealand Planning Institute.
We reserve the right to advise the client of additional fees if the scope of the Master Farmer Plan™ exercise required is beyond our standard service specification.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Master Farmer Plan™ fees are structured as a deposit on commission, followed by a monthly invoices if project work exceeds the deposit paid. Fees exclude GST and are non-refundable.
Professional services are carried out in accordance with our standard Contract.

Reports in .pdf form are delivered to your nominated e-mail address within 10 business days for small to medium size businesses, and by agreement for large to very large businesses.
