Monthly or as required PlanWatch™ reports consist of:
- Location of activity
- Subject, eg. roading change, new development, resource consent, discharge consent
- Proposed changes to plans, policy, environmental rules
- Potential impacts, risks or benefits to your operations
- Recommended action points
We reserve the right to advise the client of additional fees if the scope of the PlanWatch™ report required is beyond our standard service specification.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
PlanWatch Auckland™ fee excludes GST and is non-refundable.
Professional services are carried out in accordance with our standard Contract.
